outdated post
uploaded the pictures but i was too busy with scholarship applications, facebook, chatting online, university applications and going out so i saved this post as a draft and started blogging only now. last week, i went to my all time favourtie senior arthur's commissioning parade. just by attending the parade i can actually feel the amount of hard work that he had put in to become an officer and of course respect him for i know i would most probably never be able to achieve that. no wonder he is my all time favourtie senior!

met my senior chen nee who i used to play the angle and mortal game with back in hwachong (it is a hwachong tradition to play this game between the senior and junior class). i still keep all the letters with her nice handwriting on them and of course still using the pencil case that she gave me on valentine's day! haha

and this is arthur, looking stern and smart!

next up is a short post about the wonderful colbie caillat showcase that i got to attend, thanks to 987 FM! won the tickets on the "muttons to midnight" show which i am supposed to sing a colbie caillat song. i tried to sing "bubbly" but screwed it up really badly and forgot the lyrics as i was too nervous. in the end, the whoel phone conversation sounded really hilarious and they picked it to play in front of colbie caillat to explain to her how we the radio listeners won the tickets to her showcase. it was quite embarrassing man... i think michelle turned red cause everyone was starring at our corner (we were sitting right in front like one metre away from colbie caillat). nevertheless, we had a fun night listening to her music at the timbre @ the arts house. she can sing live really well!

didn't get to take a picture with colbie caillat herself though, becuase i didn't win the backstage passes to meet and greet her. however, it was a evening well spent with great music to enjoy to! :)

digressing, 987FM can be the radio station that accompanied me throughtout my academic years so far! i have been listening to it since i was studying in primary 3! wow.
got posted to mindef as a clerk. really lucky to get posted to a unit so close to my house. looking forward to leading a new life next week. till next time bye!

love in this club
firstly the blog title has got no link with this blog entry just putting it because it is a new single by usher and i love it the first time i heard that song!
got my A level results last week. i scored really well i surprised myself because according to past history i would score better for prelims than the real deal, which was really sad. so i didn't hold much high hopes this time and was really happy that i did well. i got perfect score 8 distinctions! however i am in a state of dilemma now. regarding what course to take and what future career path to take. the future seems really uncertain...
bmt ended for me on tuesday! for us pes c recruits we didn't have the usual POP. instead we had POC which i seriously don't think it even exist. basically we just secretly left tekong beach resort for good after cleaning up the parade square for POP later in the day. bmt would be a really boring experience with me doing sai kang almost everyday (especially rifle cleaning which we would spend the whole day stripping and wiping it, possibly due to the lack of things for us to do anyway) but thanks to all my bunkmates and sergeants who made the whole experience really memorable and special. singing at the top of our voices in the bunk with guitars and playing monopoly till we drop to name a few haha. made some really good friends and i even tried to play soccer today with some of them. yea, you didn't read wrongly i actually went to play soccer HAHA. must say that it was quite fun :)

Usher ft Young Jeezy- Love In This Club
brrrr nice song to chill out to on this cold night. my back still aches from the after effects of carrying the duffel bag which i suspect weighs half my body weight... i think my body is getting old lol.

of laziness and being unfit
Don't know why but I don't really eat much nowadays. Seems to be feeling full on many occasions. Not that i ate a lot in the past, but now I seem to be eating lesser which is really scary. I suspect this situation is due to my lack of mobility. Can't really remember the last time that i really exercised. sigh.

I thought I have solved my computer problems last week but a virus seems to be lurking somewhere in my MP3 player. I plugged in my MP3 player yesterday to organise the sogns in it and TADAH! the whole computer got infected with the same old virus again. Only this time the virus seem to have attain immunity and I couldn't find the source in the system registry to remove it completely. So I can imagine my computer sickly self while I am typing this entry.
early book in today, but no complains cause we got to book out on thrusday last week!
thinking of buying a bag and a pair of shoes for myself. this thought has been present since last year... wonder when it would become a reality haha. i realised i need to get some clothes too, but the problem is it is really difficult to get fitting clothes for myself.
A level results would most probably be finally coming out this friday... i am keeping my fingers crossed. Don't know why when the date draws near, my confidence level seems to be idirectly proportionate to the number of days to results day.
I need to pack my field pack now. Haven't really pack through the items in my field pack since i came back on thursday other than washign the clothes. i realised i forgot to bring home some clothes to wash.
